Caution: Watch This Heat!

After several days of 90 humid degree temperature we must caution our run with the following:

1- Run in morning or evening.
2- Sun Block 60 or better.
3- Wear a wide brim hat.
4- Increase water in-take.
5- Break down your run into two shorter runs.

Most important: Listen to your Body! This is not the time to be tough. It is the time to be smart and cautious. We're in this for the long hall. We're not interested in permanent damages to our bodies from a heat-stroke!

Stick with your program!
Even if you must set the clock for 2 AM to avoid the heat!

You will not regret it on the first Sunday in November!
